Rebecca helps business owners and leaders understand and develop themselves and their team, to deliver an engaged and well performing organisation.
Her experience as a psychologist influences her approach and her coaching takes a holistic approach to leadership development, including personal as well as work-based challenges, to work with the whole person and everything they bring to their leadership role.
With a focus on positive psychology. Rebecca works with leaders to help them identify their unique leadership edge; their strengths, risks and motivations to help them achieve their leadership potential.
Rebecca’s clients value her ability to listen deeply without judgement, which they describe feeling like a calm and safe environment. Qualifications & Experience
Rebecca has over 20 years’ experience working in a range of industries including Technology, Energy, Engineering, Retail, Financial Services, Legal, Ombudsman, Care/Hospice, Charity, Central and Local Government sectors.
Her qualifications include a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business & Personal Coaching at the University of Chester and a Masters in Organisational Psychology at the University of Manchester. She is also proud to hold the following certifications:
